Climate change causing a decline in the number of rainy days. On the other hand, the Bangladesh Metrology Department said that incidents of extreme climate events like longer heatwaves and more rainfall in shorter spells are more common in the country. 

The amount of rainfall has decreased by about 3.5% in recent years but the frequency of extreme rainfall needs to be higher.

Despite decades of problems to solve waterlogging in Dhaka city. However, Dhaka duelers have seen such a situation every year. When solved nobody gets the answer.
